There may be times when your attempts to upload data fail. If this occurs, it may be one of the reasons shown below:

1.  WiFi not functioning

  • Is the router plugged in?
  • Is the router powered on?
  • Is the router name "FairPick" visible from your phone?  (NOTE: Do not change the router name. The devices will not upload to a router unless it has "FairPick" as its name.)

2.  Temporary server error

Occasionally a web server will be shut down for maintenance. 

  • Is your web service has been shut down for maintenance?
  • Can you try again later?

3.  Too many people using internet access: WiFi routers can bottleneck at a single internet access point.

  • Are workers permitted to use the WiFi?
  • Do you notice problems during breaks or the end of day?

4. Too many devices with WiFi present: Too many WiFi devices can cause channel interference.

  • Do you have nearby employees with WiFi enabled devices?
