An user can change the user's own password from the 2nd Sight Web Portal Log In page.

  1. Go to the 2nd Sight Portal login screen (https://portal.2ndsightbio.com/login)
  2. Select "Reset Password" from the upper right hand corner (in green letters on the black navigation bar).
  3. Enter the username or email address. This must match the username that is in the Manage --> Users portion of the Web Portal.
  4. The system will send an email to the email address in the system with a link so the user can reset the password. Make sure the user checks the email spam folder.
  5. Enter the new password information.
  6. Press "Reset Password."

A user with who has ROLE_ADMIN assigned can change another user's password. See Change/Update Portal User Information.
