If you see “No Config” on the FairPick screen and hear an error sound, it means that the FairPick is not detecting the SD card (where the machine's data is stored). If this occurs, please call Customer Service at 509-381-2112.

NOTE: 2nd Sight has implemented a backup strategy to protect your data. You will not be able to use the FairPick to collect data if the FairPick does not detect the SD card.
