Once you place an order for a 2nd Sight labor or product tracking system, you will receive a Customer Certificate PDF document with your login information to access your online Customer Portal account.
Once you receive your Customer Certificate, you can login to your account.
- Go to http://portal.2ndsightbio.com/login
- Enter your username
- Enter your password
- Click the "Login" button
Important Notes:
- Keep your Customer Certificate in a safe spot
- The Portal is not mobile-friendly so you will need to access the Portal on a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet
- Use the Google Chrome browser when accessing the Portal, you can download the Chrome browser for free here
- Once you are logged in, you can change your username, password, and email
- If you forget your password, you can reset it here
