The Task Log import feature allows you to import data entries into the Portal from a CSV file. This can be a helpful feature when batch changes/edits/additions need to be made on the Portal where data is already uploaded from a 2nd Sight scale or handheld system.

For a successful import, the following fields must be complete and the information must match information that already exists in the Customer Portal system:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Employee ID
  • Card/Badge#
  • Task
  • Event 

Tip: Downloading your current data and can provide a template for import.

  1. Log >> Task
  2. Select Download
  3. Edit data as needed
  4. Save the file as CSV
  5. Import the CSV file
