Resending events from FairTrak, FairPick, QuickPick, InstaCaliper/TallyTrak apps to the Customer Portal when transmission fails. This section is password protected. Please contact 2nd Sight for the password.

  1. Press the “CONFIG” button.
  2. Press the gear icon.
  3. Enter your password and press “OK”.
  4. Press “RESEND EVENTS” button.
  5. Select the desired date and press “Done”.
  6. Press “DONE” to exit.
