If your FairPick, FairPick Flex, or QuickPick box is not working, you may need to replace the battery. You will need a new PS-1270 12V 7Ah battery to complete the replacement.
Open the Control Box
- Disconnect the power.
- Use a 1/8” Allen Key, loosen the four bolts on the faceplate.
- Unplug the power harness from the mother board.
Main Battery Replacement
- Locate the PS-1270 12V 7Ah Battery.
- Detach the Black/Negative (-) cable.
- Detach the White/Positive (+) cable.
- Use a 1/8” Allen Key, remove the two bolts.
- Replace the battery.
Main Battery Replacement
- Locate a PS-1270 12V 7Ah F1 Battery.
- Detach the Black/Negative (-) cable.
- Detach the White/Positive (+) cable.
- Use a 1/8” Allen Key, remove the two bolts.
- Replace with the battery.

- Positive (+)
