To download any 2nd Sight app to your handheld device or phone, you must first set up a Google account. (See the following: Creating a Google Account and Find Google Play Account Name). Once you have a Google Play account, this procedure will allow you to download any app (FairTrak, FairPick Flex, InstaCaliper, MobileClock, QuickPick, etc.) onto your handheld device.
- Swipe up on the main screen to access your apps
- Press "Play Store."
- Press "Search for Apps" bar and enter "2nd Sight Tracking"
- Press the "Search" icon on key pad.
- Locate the desired 2nd Sight app.
- Press "install."
- Press "Open."
- Allow access when prompted.
- Enter your Customer ID and Secret when prompted. (If you do not know your Customer ID and Secret, open the web portal and select "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner. Your Customer ID and Secret are listed there.)
