Below are the likely possibilities that can prevent synchronization with the portal. Rest assured your data is safe. 2nd Sight apps have backups on the device.

 

  1. The device is not connected to WiFi or cellular. (Google search will have no results)
  2. The device is registered to the wrong account. (Usually only happens with multiple accounts)
  3. The Customer ID and Secret were entered incorrectly. (The app will not have tasks and lists)
  4. The unit ID is incorrect. (Data will not upload)
