In the Daily Report, an orange "!" message next to an employee's hours indicates that there may be something missing in that employee's data.
If you hover your mouse cursor over the "!" message and you see the "Invalid Clock in" message, it means that the system detects a clock in that is NOT followed by a clock out.
In most cases, this means that the employee forgot to clock out. Click on the employee's last name to view his/her entries for the day. In edit mode, manually add the clock out event for this employee.
When you are finished editing, remember to go back to the Daily Report while still in edit mode and click the "Recalculate" button to update the report.
