When you use 2nd Sight equipment, each time an employee clocks in, clocks out, logs pieces, or registers a weigh event, the activity is tagged with GPS coordinates. These coordinates are not visible on the Logs.
With this GPS data, you can get a heat map of activity in the Task, GPS, and Weigh Logs (not all these Logs may be available to you). This will present a heat map with information overlaid on a Google Earth image. This data can provide helpful information about plant health, crop profitability, and employee whereabouts.
To access heat maps:
- Log in to your Web Portal (https://portal.2ndsightbio.com/login).
- Choose Log --> Task/GPS/Weigh on the navigation bar.
- Find "Show on map" mid-screen in green letters under the Show/Filter box.
- Click "Show on map."
