The most likely reason you are not seeing employee time records on the Web Portal is because the FairTrak's RHC does not have good internet connection. Check the following to ensure that syncing occurs:

  • Check that your WiFi is connected to the internet.
  • Check that the RHC is connected to WiFi
    1. Make sure your WiFi is on.
    2. Make sure you are using the correct password.
  • Check that the date and time are correct on the RHC. If Date and Time settings are significantly off, the device may have internet connectivity problems. Some security programs use date and time as a part of checks.

Note: All 2nd Sight RHCs have cellular capability. For locations with poor or non-existent internet connect, consider using a “Data-Only SIM Card.”
