2nd Sight never completely deletes customer data, instead we offer a way to archive data. This allows you to restore events at a later date and view the event history to maintain a clear audit trail.

  1. Click “Log” --> “Start Editing”
  2. Click “Log” --> “Task Log”
  3. Check the box at the top right-hand corner of the log to select all data entries on the page, or select the individual entries you would like archived
  4. Under “Batch” click “Archive”
  5. You can see all archived entries by checking the show “Archived” checkbox. These entries will be highlighted in grey.
