2nd Sight never completely deletes customer data, instead we offer a way to archive data. This allows you to restore events at a later date and view the event history to maintain a clear audit trail.
- Click “Log” --> “Start Editing”
- Click “Log” --> “Task Log”
- Check the box at the top right-hand corner of the log to select all data entries on the page, or select the individual entries you would like archived
- Under “Batch” click “Archive”
- You can see all archived entries by checking the show “Archived” checkbox. These entries will be highlighted in grey.
