Update an email, yours or that of another user, on the Web Portal at any time. To do this:

  1. Log in to your Web Portal Portal account (http://portal.2ndsightbio.com/login)
  2. Select Manage --> Users from the navigation bar. A "Portal Users" screen will appear.

  1. On the right side after the user name, click "Edit" (in green).
  2. An "Edit User" screen for the person selected will appear.

  1. Exchange the old email address in the email field for the new address
  2. Enter a new password, if applicable.
  3. Change the employee's role, if necessary.
  4. Select the user's crew, if applicable.
  5. Click "Save"

NOTE: It is important to keep emails up-to-date because, password reset is done through the email registered on the Web Portal.
