If you have more than one handheld and would like data from one handheld to show up on the others, you will need to enable "Sync Events."
- Press and hold the Config button to open the Config screen
- Check the box next to Sync Events
- Do this for all handhelds that need to "share" data
Note: The handhelds do not directly receive data from each other. Instead, the handhelds sync up their data to the Customer Portal, then pull any new data down from the Customer Portal. This requires data from each handheld to sync up to the Portal via a cellular or Wi-Fi internet connection before it will appear on another handheld. We recommend enabling the Auto Sync feature in conjunction with the Sync Events feature.
