Once a clock in or clock out entry is saved on the app, there is no way to adjust the time on the app. Once the data syncs up to the Portal, the edit must be made in the office.
However, a field boss can use the Batch Mode feature to clock in, clock out, or log pieces for one or more employees and adjust the time of this event.
Make sure Batch Mode is enabled in Config on the app.
When the field boss scans the crew boss or "key card" to unlock Batch Mode on the Clock in screen, for example, he or she will first need to select one or more employees from the available list, then select a Task, and finally, has the options to press the current time in the top right corner and move the clock to set the desired time at which the event should occur.
