In the Config screen, you can check which Tasks will be be displayed and hidden to users clocking in on the handheld.
- Press and hold the Config button
- Scroll to the bottom where you see Active Tasks
- Checked Tasks will be available for employees to clock into on the app
- Uncheck the box next to any Task that you wish to hide from view
This feature may be helpful if you know a particular handheld is going with a specific crew or to a particular location where only one or two types of jobs are performed. Limited menu options minimize human error.
