When you first download or update a 2nd Sight app, you may see the following dialog box appear:
You must go into the RHC Settings and check that:
- Automatic Date & Time is OFF
- Automatic Time Zone: Use network provided time zone is toggled to the OFF position
2nd Sight apps use the RHC's date and time when collecting data. If the RHC receives a bad date and time from a Wi-Fi or cellular network, the data will be tagged with incorrect dates and times as well. This is why we require these settings to be turned off.
If this message is causing installation issues, try to update the app again after verifying the Date & Time settings. If you are still having trouble, sync the device to ensure all data is on the Portal, then completely uninstall and reinstall the app from the Play Store.
