You can inactivate or archive employees from past seasons. You can do this using the Batch edit feature. Employees can never be permanently deleted.

1. Login to the Portal
2. Workers --> Employees
3. Toggle Edit Mode "On"
4. Use the check boxes next to the employee names to select and deselect specific employees. Or, select the check box in the header to select all employees on that page.

 5. Click "Deactivate Selected" under the Batch Edit box.

You can re-activate employees if they return in the future.
