2nd Sight labor tracking products using the Task/List/List Item structure ( see Understanding Tasks & Lists) can add a Task "Time Violation." Time Violations allow the employer to set a minimum amount of time (in seconds) between employee Task log events.

For example, if an employer knows that an employee cannot pick two baskets of tomatoes in under one minute, the employer set the "Tomato Picking" Task Time Violation to 45 seconds. In this case, if the same employee scans a badge in under 45 seconds, the employee's entry will be recorded but the entry will be recorded as a "Rejected Entry."

Web Portal Reports DO NOT include "Rejected Entries." If the employer determines the employee with the "Rejected Entry" should receive credit for that entry, the Web Portal user must identify and then edit and/or restore these entries.

1. Log in to your Web Portal (https://portal.2ndsightbio.com/login).

2. Enable Edit Mode (green toggle at the top).
