Data from the 2nd Sight Customer Portal can be downloaded in CSV format. CSV files import directly into Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet programs.
Many payroll systems accept direct CSV file imports. Therefore, your data file may only require slight formatting adjustments to import. You can do this yourself in Microsoft Excel, or 2nd Sight can build you a Custom Report with the formatting changes.
If your payroll system does not accept CSV file imports, there are other options to import data. 2nd Sight can build Custom Reports with a different file extension (.txt for example) or develop an API (application programming interface) to send data into your payroll or accounting package.
