2nd Sight never deletes customer data. However, you may wish to "hide" or archive information to limit what you see. When you archive data, it will not appear on the screen.

You can restore it at a later date and view the event history to maintain a clear audit trail.

  • Turn on "Edit Mode"

  • Click “Log” > “Task Log”

  • In the Task Log (under "Showing Results . . ."), you will see a check box at the top of the table's right side.
  • To archive all entries, click the check box at the top. The edit boxes to the right of each entry will turn blue and show a check mark.
  • To select individual entries, click the box to the right of the entry that you want to archive.
  • Press the "Archive" button found in the Edit box. These entries will disappear from the screen.
  • If you want to see archived entries, click the "Archived Entries" box in the Show box at the top of the screen. Archived entries will appear with a grey box over the date of the entry.
