The Web Portal allows you to assign a role to each user depending on the access that you want that user to have to the Web Portal and its features. 

ROLE_CREW_BOSS: Grants viewing access only to the "Log" tab on the navigation bar. This user will not be able to edit any data or see "Reports."

ROLE_OFFICE_MANAGER: Grants access to viewing and editing "Employees" (Workers-->Employees), as well as viewing the "Log" and "Reports" tabs.

ROLE_ADMIN: Grants access to all Portal features, including "Edit Mode."
