Handhelds and apps must be registered to sync data to the portal.  

To register the app, enter the Customer ID and Secret when prompted. You can find these on your Web Portal Account under “My Account,” which is in the upper right-hand corner of the web portal home page. Learn more: Where Can I Find my Customer ID and Customer Secret?

Request registration: You'll need to specify the "Unit" number and "Portal" name, to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., to upload data.

Customer ID: Unique identifier for each customer account.

Customer Secret: Password associated with the Customer ID.

Unit: A unique number representing your app installation.

Note: If prompted to re-enter: Please confirm the Customer ID and Secret are correct.
