2nd Sight's labor tracking data can be downloaded from the 2nd Sight Web Portal and uploaded into AgStar payroll software (https://agstarsoftware.com/).

For the AgStar Report #1405 to run properly, you will need to create and set up "Lists" called "Location" and "Cost Center:Location" on your Web Portal. Improper setup will produce “N/A” on the report. The "Location" list is attached to the "Task" and will cross reference "CostCenter:Location" to extract the cost center.

CostCenter:Location

  • The “CostCenter:Location” "List" provides a map so your data from the Web Portal uploads properly in the AgStar Report #1405.

  • Warning: Do not attach “CostCenter:Location” to a Task.

  • Once you have created the "List" called "Cost Center:Location," you can begin to add information as follows:

Add CostCenter:Location

1.    Select Manage-->Lists

2.    Select “CostCenter:Location”

3.    Select “Add Item”

4.    Add the Cost Center Code

  • The "List" will include your location names.

  • Employees see these names.

  • Note: Attach the “Location” list to your Tasks.
