The bonus system was designed to retain seasonal employees. Employees recieve a standard piece rate pay, with an additional bonus pay. "Bonus Rate" is only available on Piece and Container type tasks

Example
The employee is offered a standard rate of $5 per unit. If the employee stays to work the entire season. The employee is offered an additial Bonus Rate of $1 per unit. At the end of the season accumlated additional bonus rate is calculated and paid to the employee.
