Why are the apps on my handheld computer slow?

Your handheld has processes running in the background that cause the device to slow temporarily over a day or two. This behaviour is normal during indexing and app updates.

Update Android apps

1. On the main screen, search for and open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labeled "Update available."
4. Tap Update.
5. Wait for all apps to update.
