If the Registration Station application does not open after double-clicking the 2nd Sight Registration icon on your computer desktop, it is likely you are experiencing an issue with your RFID Reader/Writer.
- Unplug the RFID Reader/Writer dongle from the USB port on the Registration Station Computer.
- Reinsert the RFID Reader/Writer dongle into the same USB port.
- Double-click the 2nd Sight Icon to relaunch the Registration Station application.
If this does not fix your problem, you may want to reinstall the Registration Station program on your computer. See Initial Registration Station Setup.
