You can reuse employee badges from season to season. If the same employee comes back and you have not made any changes to his/her employee information on the Portal, he/she can reuse the same badge without taking any additional steps.

If a badge will be reassigned to a different employee, we recommend "cleaning" the card using the Registration Station app to ensure that old residual employee data is completely erased.

1. Plug the RFID Reader/Writer into the USB port with zadig driver.
2. Open the Registration Station app.
3. Login to the Registration Station.
4. Click "Other"

4. Click the "Clean Card" button.

5. Hold the card up to the RFID Reader/Writer until you hear a chime and the screen says "Card Programmed Successfully".

6. You are now ready to program this card to a new employee.
