Update an email, yours or that of another user, on the Web Portal at any time. To do this:
- Log in to your Web Portal Portal account (http://portal.2ndsightbio.com/login)
- Select Manage --> Users from the navigation bar. A "Portal Users" screen will appear.
- On the right side after the user name, click "Edit" (in green).
- An "Edit User" screen for the person selected will appear.
- Exchange the old email address in the email field for the new address
- Enter a new password, if applicable.
- Change the employee's role, if necessary.
- Select the user's crew, if applicable.
- Click "Save"
NOTE: It is important to keep emails up-to-date because, password reset is done through the email registered on the Web Portal.
