If you run a Report and do not see all the data, that data may be unassigned (not associated with an employee). This occurs when badges are not linked to an employee's name. To check for unassigned data.

  1. Log in to the 2nd Sight Web Portal.
  2. On the navigation bar, select Logs --> Task Log.
  3. In the "Show" box at the top of the screen, check the "Unassigned" check box. This will filter for data that was not associated with an employee name.
  4. Data entered with unassigned badges will appear. (NOTE: You can click "Download" (in green, center screen, under the "Show" box) to view these entries in Microsoft Excel.
  5. Note the badge numbers that are unassigned

You can associated an employee name with the employee's badge number by checking the badge number on the employee's RFID card or on the employee's receipts. If the employee has a badge without a number on it, you can find the badge number doing the following:

  1. Plug the Registration Stations RFID Reader/Writer into a USB port on a computer on which the Registration Station app is loaded. (To set up the Registration Station on a computer, see Initial Setup of the Registration Station).
  2. Launch the Registration Station app
  3. Click "Make Employee ID Card."
  4. Hold the card up to the RFID Reader/Writer. DO NOT press the "Program Card" button.
  5. The card number should appear in the Card Contents at the bottom.
