Seasonal farm and orchard workers performance can be difficult to remember the next year.  You can create an employee note directly on the Portal.

  1. Log in to your Web Portal (
  2. Choose Workers--Employees on the navigation bar.
  3. From the “Employees” screen, choose the last name of the appropriate person (in green).
  4. An "Edit Employee" screen will appear.
  5. Select “Notes”.
  6. Enter the desired information in the "Notes" box. 
  7. OPTIONAL: To flag a note, check the "Flag" box. A flag icon now appears next the employees name on the Workers page. To unflag a note, disable the Flag check box.
  8. Press "Save" or "Save and Return."
