An user can change the user's own password from the 2nd Sight Web Portal Log In page.
- Go to the 2nd Sight Portal login screen (https://portal.2ndsightbio.com/login)
- Select "Reset Password" from the upper right hand corner (in green letters on the black navigation bar).
- Enter the username or email address. This must match the username that is in the Manage --> Users portion of the Web Portal.
- The system will send an email to the email address in the system with a link so the user can reset the password. Make sure the user checks the email spam folder.
- Enter the new password information.
- Press "Reset Password."
A user with who has ROLE_ADMIN assigned can change another user's password. See Change/Update Portal User Information.
