On your online Portal account, you have access to a "Show on Map" feature which allows you to see a heat map of data displayed in the Task Log. If you do not see any data displayed on the map, your handheld may not be capturing GPS coordinates when logging data on the 2nd Sight app.

On your RHC (ruggedized handheld computer), check that your location services setting is ON:

  1. Settings --> Location
  2. Make sure Mode is set to High Accuracy

Check that all apps on your RHC are up to date:

  1. Open the Google Play store
  2. Select Menu in the upper left corner
  3. Go to My Apps --> Update All
